How do I connect with my coach?

As an athlete, you can await an invite from your coach – this will come in the form of an email from us, and then you’ll have to click through and login to accept. If you don’t want to wait, you can invite your coach with an email address from the dashboard screen. Simply click “Invite a coach” and enter their email address. Personal Sport Record will invite them by email. Once they accept their invite you will see their account listed in your dashboard view.

How do I get assessments?

You can get assessments from any coach you are connected with, but you can also assess yourself. From your dashboard start by selecting what you want to measure. You can choose from Technical / Tactical, Physical and Mental assessments. By selecting any of these items and their corresponding assessments, you simply have to click “Add New” and then you can adjust the assessment you want to perform from there. Once you have filled out the assessments you simply click save to save that assessment review.

How do I edit my profile?

Once you have signed into your account, you can update your profile by selecting your profile screen. Here you can update your profile image, name, and select which sports you want to manage and display.

How do I update my account for metric or imperial data?

Once you have signed into your account, you can update your settings by selecting your settings screen. Here you can change or update the default settings to metric measurements or imperial measurements.

I want to cancel my membership.

We hate to see anyone leave us at Personal Sport Record, but you can cancel your membership anytime within your settings screen.

How do I invite an athlete?

How do I manage the athletes I’ve connected with?

You can view and manage your athletes from your settings screen. Here you can unlink athletes from your account if needed. All the data or assessments you created while connected to each athlete will remain, but you will no longer be able to view them.
